Job Description

What you will do daily

  • Responsible for day-to-day office operation – including administration, office supply, procurement, vendor and supplier management, inventory, mail handling, etc.;
  • Responsible for facility management – including property rental, maintenance and cleaning services, migration to new office areas, office redesign, renovations, etc.;
  • Responsible for internal event planning and organization – town hall meetings, company events, office events, teambuilding events, etc.;
  • Responsible for internal communication (newsletter, info screen, intranet, etc.) and internal policies (travel policy, phone & car policy, etc.);
  • Single point of contact for office operation related partners (landlord, maintenance, cleaning, etc.) and internal staff for any office related requests,
  • Arrange and organize company travels – book flights, accommodation, contact with travel agencies;
  • Mobile phone and company car fleet management;
  • Coordinates and supervises Back Office team, including Office Assistant and IT Specialist.

We want to hear from you with...

  • Minimum 3 years of previous experience in office management;
  • Bachelor or more advanced degree;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Hungarian and English;
  • Superior organizational skills with demonstrated ability to priorities and multi-task;
  • High level of inter-personal skills to interact with staff, visitors and partners of all levels;
  • Capacity to work both independently and as a member of a team;
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Work Suite;
  • Organized and detail oriented;
  • Team spirit, flexibility, proactive, positive thinking mind-set;
  • If you are comfortable in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.

Policy drafting, internal communication and Team Leader experience is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits: The compensation package includes a gross monthly salary between 450.000-650.000 HUF depending on your experience and professional skillset. Plus, we offer parking if you travel by car or BKK pass if you travel by public transport (these benefits are available at the current situation). We also support your personal development with free English lessons and your health with online yoga classes and gym pass. 

Some Further Practical Details:

Fixed term contract: Currently we have more colleagues on maternity leave, so we can offer you a fixed term contract with the possibility of prolongation, as we believe in long-term partnerships.

Start date: We are ready to onboard you from April 2021, but we’re flexible with this (if you are available immediately, you can still apply.) Our focus is on finding the perfect match!

Selection process

1. Video conversation with HR - We will talk about your motivation and experience and we will switch to English for a few questions.

2. On-site interview with your future Manager, Chief Financial Officer and the current Office Manager. In person interview at our Budapest office where we will tell you more about the current status of team, office plans, and further requirements of the job. We we will ask about your experience in more detail.

3. Pilot task at home. We will ask you to think about a current Office project and represent your ideas.
