In this role, you will contribute your experience in Data Analysis and your strong knowledge in SQL and Excel to help one of our biggest clients make sense of all the data that is generated by their financial processes.

What You Will Do Daily

• Analyze data for financial reporting
• Test, troubleshoot, research through multiple source systems
• Working with financial data and understand financial processes with multiple enterprise level of sources
• Understand client requirements and proactively deliver the specified solution
• Manage deployments and participate in change management process to guide the acceptance of stakeholders
• When needed, you will collaborate with a global team: most of the team is in Hungary, some of them are in the US, and some of them are in India
   

We Want to Hear from You, If…

• You have solid knowledge of SQL
• You have advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• You are at your best, when you get to use your strong analytical skills
• You get excited about enterprise-level financial processes
• You have 1-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Finance Analyst, or Business Analyst
• You speak English fluently
• You speak Hungarian fluently and have eligibility to work in the country

You Should Also Know…

• It’s an advantage if you have professional experience in any version of Oracle EBS (preferably Oracle EBS R12), but if not, don’t worry, it’s not a requirement
• If you're familiar with SAP, it's an advantage, too
• It’s also a huge advantage if you are available immediately, but if you have a 30-day notice period at your current workplace, it’s also okay.

Selection Process

1. A 30-minute phone conversation with our HR Business Partner, Helga Hermann
2. An online SQL Test (takes 1.5 hours) on HackerRank
3. Approx 60-minute in-person discussion with your future Manager, István Kovács, who can tell you more about the role, and Gábor Tari, who will go through the solutions from your SQL test with you

Some Further Practical Details

• Home Office: There is home office opportunity (1 day per week). It doesn’t have to be the same day every week.
• Flexible working hours: Core hours are from 10 AM to 4 PM, so you can adjust to your own preferences. Oh, and we don’t want you to work overtime!
• Location: Our office is in the 13th district, easily approachable by Metro 3, you just need to take off at Forgách utca and walk 2-3 minutes
