Job Description

  • Develop and maintain exceptional consultative relationships with customers through pro-activity;
  • Develop "trusted-advisor" relationship with stakeholders by actively understanding customer pain points, business requirements, strategic objectives, and providing value-added solutions;
  • Develop relationships and collaborate with partners, vendors to define, recommend, and drive sales;
  • Contribute and lead in account planning, customer/market analysis, and strategy sessions;
  • Provides accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales management in a timely and consistent manner;
  • Advance and close sales opportunities - through the successful execution of the sales strategy and roadmap;
  • Maintain White Space analysis and execution of initiatives (up sell and cross sell) on customer base;
  • Carry and exceed quarterly quotas by driving and closing deals;
  • Cooperate closely with Sales Manager and Delivery teams;
  • Creation of accurate sales proposals and quotations, tender and bid management;
  • Maintain CRM system with up-to-date customer and opportunity information.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5-10 years account management experience in IT Field
  • Bsc/Msc degree in any business related studies;
  • Ability to fully negotiate contracts and close profitable business that protect margins;
  • Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive market;
  • Highly motivated and professional, with excellent verbal, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proven track record in large account management in the field of IT;
  • Understanding of BI, Big Data, DataViz Environments and Developments;
  • Knowledge and demonstrable experience selling and delivering complex large scale technology solutions;
  • Ability to initiate and develop successful selling strategies;
  • Proven ability to identify executive level stakeholders;
  • Agile attitude, Results-oriented with a positive outlook;
  • Fluent English is a must.
