Delivering reporting solutions for F50 Client's business in financial-commecial area. There are Spotfire front-end developers and back-end architects within the Digital team, but globally 20+ team members work on the dashboard deliveries for the executives. 

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the scrum meetings;
• Provide metrics regarding the team performance for the leadership;
• Work with BA/PM to collect requirements and develop plan;
• Document and keep track in Rally tool;
• Work with business stakeholders to define priorities and agree upon the milestones and timelines;
• Manage and coach developers.

• 2+ years experience in Scrum Master/Project Management roles;
• Critical thinker, good communcation and problem-solving skills;
• Experience with relational databases;
• Ability to manage and drive the agile processes;
• Experience with using Rally tool and setting up metrics to improve efficiency;
• Strong knowledge in Finance language;
• Nice to have experience with Hyperion;
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
