• Works with Project Manager to establish key project milestones, activities and schedules - using Rally;
• Collaborates with project stakeholders to plan, schedule, and complete project activities;
• Communicate and follow up with clients about specific projects and their goals;
• Develops project plans and work breakdown structures;
• Monitors the progress of all project activities, acts to ensure project targets are met;
• Ensures that all issues and risks are appropriately documented, tracked and addressed;
• Maintains project status tracking utilizing industry-standard tools;
• Prepares reports and dashboards to clearly communicate project status to stakeholders;
• Coordinates and facilitates project meetings;
• Creates, organizes, and maintains project documentation.
