Job Description
What you'll be doing:
- Manage sales and reservations enquiry multiple channels e.g. phone, email and FB messengers
- Manage bookings, update reservation records and change/cancellation requests
- Administrative tasks e.g. Issuance of invoice, booking confirmations, reservation record, sales report
- Liaise with Finance department for payment, refund and other accounting-related matters
- Collaborate efficiently with all stakeholders e.g. onboard Front Office and Operations team - bookings, reservations and guests requests
- Provide support to the Sales & Marketing Manager
Qualifications
What we look for:
- Preferably 1 years of experience in the hospitality/ travel industry
- Strong customer service ethic
- Detail-oriented with all the administrative duties
- Highly motivated, a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a collaborative team player.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Burmese (verbal and written)
- Problem solving skills and ability to use own initiative
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
