Job Description
Reporting to the Talent Manger and working closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of a high-performing recruitment team, playing an integral role in the recruitment and coordination of our Starbucks store partners across NSW, VIC, QLD & WA.
The opportunity is a fixed-term (parental leave replacement) within our Talent team in Support Centre. This is a rewarding and fast paced position that requires someone who is genuinely a ‘people person' and loves connecting with others. Your role responsibilities will involve but not be limited to:
- Co-ordinating our in-store recruitment across our network
- Establishing strong relationships with internal stakeholders that will help in identifying Starbucks recruitment needs
- Discovering and shortlisting relevant candidates
- Coordinating interviews for our store roles with the management team and other key stakeholders
- Undertaking candidate background, eligibility and reference checks
- Providing analytical recruitment reports to the leadership team
- Preparing employee contracts and associated on boarding documentation for successful candidates
- Providing general administrative assistance to the wider Starbucks Talent Acquisition team
- Involved in the coordination of new store hiring events and other adhoc projects

About You:
- A passion for coffee, food and retail
- You are able to juggle multiple tasks at once and prioritize accordingly.
- A highly organised, a keen coordinator and have strong computer skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills with the ability to build meaningful and lasting relationships
- You are collaborative, enjoy working as a team, you're naturally hands-on and a self-starter
- Ability to juggle and adapt to multiple competing priorities in an evolving environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and someone that connects with anyone and everyone
- Demonstrated experience using various systems and software's; you will be system savvy and eager to learn

Starbucks Australia is proudly Australian owned and operated. We are a small company with large growth plans. We’ve based in Collingwood, with expansive end-of-trip facilities (all shower amenities soaps & towels included), concierge services with dry-cleaning and parcel collection provided, and current building works for our very own Starbucks café on-site. We work on a hybrid model with 3 days in office, 2 from home.
