GTO Paving is a dedicated leader in the asphalt and concrete paving industry. We are seeking to hire our FIRST-EVER Salesperson to drive our growth and expand our market presence. This is a unique opportunity to build a sales function from the ground up and be a foundational part of our future success.

We are looking for a motivated and driven Salesperson to join our team. This role is crucial for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and managing the entire sales cycle for our paving services. As our first dedicated salesperson, you will have significant autonomy and impact on the company's trajectory.

Qualifications

  • Must possess professional experience in asphalt/concrete paving or comparable industries with similar sales processes and cycles (e.g., construction, commercial services).
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-starter with a high degree of motivation and the ability to work independently.
     

Additional Information

Compensation

  • Structured base salary of $1,000 per week.
  • Supplemental commissions ranging from 2% to 3% of net revenue.
  • Option to go 100% commission after paid training, with higher commission share!
