StarClinch offers a dynamic “Artist Discovery” online platform, which serves as a one-stop solution to discover, explore & book entertainers. Artists can manage their profile, prices and offers which can be updated instantly through an easy, secure and transparent connect. With the use of search filters on StarClinch, event planners can select entertainers as per their preferences and budget for the occasion. StarClinch is a startup based out of South Delhi. Initiated in 2015, we are a team of a few passionate youngsters.

We're looking for a Business Development - Corporate Relations (Field Sales) Associate whose responsibilities will include multiple client interactions and acquiring customer information to scale up the Business 

• Adding potential leads and maintaining a strong database of existing clients
• Networking with clients via all possible media i.e. in-person, emails, social media and calls
• Conducting regular follow-ups to churn bookings from the sales funnel
• Ensuring productivity by converting the acquired customer
• Establishing contact and developing relationships with the artist(s) and the client
• Catering to the client visits 
• Evaluating specific business categories, marketplace trends and target brands to bring in higher revenue.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, persuasion & presentation skills.
• The ability to break the ice, and engage in extensive networking & socializing at various platforms.
• Up to date with Entertainment and Event Management Industry trends and strategies will be a bonus
• Experience working within the technology-based Entertainment industry is highly desired.
• Experience in working on CRM (eg- PipeDrive) would be a bonus
