Stannah have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join the team based at Audenshaw Site.

This role involves maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse work area controlling goods in, including returned items. Loading and unloading delivery vehicles using the forklift truck.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will work 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8:00 - 16:45 and Friday 8:00 - 15:45.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills within a fast-paced warehouse operation while contributing to continuous improvement and quality standards.

To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, it is essential that you have previous experience working in a warehouse environment, with strong attention to detail and an understanding of health and safety procedures.   In addition, you will need to have a Forklift Truck Licence and hold a full driving licence

Warehouse Operative Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all deliveries are unloaded safely and stored correctly

• Working in line with Standard Operating Procedures and daily targets

• Ensuring damaged and returned goods are put into quarantine area and entered onto the system when returned to warehouse.

• Adhering to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards at all times

• Making sure both warehouse and yard are kept clean, tidy and safe.
