As a Key Account Manager ,  of our National Contracts team, you’ll take the lead in managing some of our most valued customer partnerships—ensuring we deliver on every promise, meet every contractual obligation, and continue to provide the safe, reliable and high‑quality service we’re known for. This is a role for someone who understands the importance of trust, communication and operational excellence, and who can bring people together to achieve outstanding results.

You’ll play a central part in shaping the future of our national accounts, working closely with customers and colleagues across the business to drive performance, identify opportunities for growth and ensure our service continually evolves.

With a focus on Health and Safety, customer satisfaction and long‑term value, you’ll help us strengthen our partnerships, support our teams and deliver solutions that make a real difference.

Working Hours will be: Monday to Thursday ,9 - 5:15 , Friday 9 - 4:45

Key Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Build trusted, long‑term relationships with National Contract customers, ensuring clear communication and strong service delivery.
  • Lead strategic and tactical reviews to align expectations, measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and monitor account growth plans, identifying commercial opportunities that add value for both the customer and Stannah.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across branches and customer teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain operational excellence.
  • Represent Stannah professionally, supporting and motivating the National Contract Administration Team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

Key Account Manager Requirements:

  • Professional or technical qualifications preferable.
  • Experience in an operational, or commercial role, preferably within the industry, highly desirable.
