The 2027 Stanbic Blue Explorers (Internship) Program - 2027
Stanbic Bank is excited to invite ambitious and driven individuals to apply for our upcoming internship program. The programme will run on a ten to twelve-month, rotational basis.
Qualifications
The following disciplines apply:
Real Estate
Property Development, Real Estate Management, Rural and Urban Planning; incorporating sustainable land use and green energy building designs
Software Development
Software Engineering, Computer Software Development incorporating Green Internet Ecosystem or Green IT.
Human Capital
Human Capital Development Science, Human Capital Management; incorporating organisational sustainability
Public Relations / Communication
Public Relations and Marketing, Communication Science incorporating Development Communication, Sustainability Reporting, and Stakeholder Engagement.
Mandarin Language
Chinese, English and Chinese, Chinese and Linguistics with a focus on industrial cooperation.
Additional Information
To qualify, prospective candidates must:
- Be enrolled in the third year of an undergraduate programme.
- Show a strong academic record from Year 1 and 2
- Possess a passion for learning with a growth mindset
- Be adaptable to change
- Have unquestionable integrity
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills
