Job Description
To support the development and lead the disciplined execution of Group Functions & CIB brand, marketing and client engagement programmes that strengthen the Bank's market position, deepen client relationships and contribute to measurable business growth.
- Support the Business in translating CIB business strategy, client priorities and sector opportunities into an annual marketing and client engagement plan.
- Provide proactive marketing counsel to CIB leadership, product teams, relationship managers and sector teams.
- Identify opportunities that strengthen client acquisition, relationship deepening, sector relevance, thought leadership and market differentiation.
- Plan and execute integrated CIB campaigns across paid, owned, earned, digital and experiential channels. Coordinate content, creative development, media, public relations, digital journeys, internal alignment and frontline enablement.
- Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of executive engagements, client forums, roundtables, sector events, conferences, networking platforms, launches, sponsorship activations and thought leadership programmes for CIB.
- Champion consistent and high-quality application of brand standards across all CIB campaigns, presentations, communications, events and client touchpoints. Use digital channels, CRM capabilities, marketing automation, analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve targeting, personalisation, efficiency and measurement.
- Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders and influence decisions through insight, credibility and sound judgement.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or a related field from a recognized institution. A Postgraduate Qualification will be an added advantage.
- Professional certification in areas such as Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), Digital Marketing Institute (DMI), Project Management, Analytics, or Marketing Technology is desirable.
- A minimum of five (5) years' progressive experience in marketing, brand management, communications, client engagement, digital marketing, or event management with at least three (3) years' experience partnering with senior business stakeholders and managing agencies, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience within the financial services industry, including banking, insurance, asset management, fintech, or another regulated financial environment.
- Proven track record in delivering executive-level events, client engagement programmes, thought leadership initiatives, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Exposure to Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Commercial Banking, Institutional Banking, Treasury, Transaction Banking, or sector-led marketing environments will be highly advantageous.
