Job Description
Lead the optimization, automation and strategic transformation of GMO reconciliation processes and operational controls. Drive the identification and delivery of improvement initiatives across the end-to-end value chain to enhance control effectiveness, operational efficiency, automation and data-driven decision making.
Qualifications

Field of Study: Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting, Generic Management, Banking, Information Studies, Information Technology, Project Management, Analytics
Experience Required
8-10 years
Demonstrated experience working across complex, cross-functional financial services environments, with the ability to engage, influence and collaborate effectively with business, Finance, Operations, IT, risk functions, vendors and senior stakeholders.
8-10 years
Experience in complex financial services operations, with a proven track record in designing and optimising operational processes, strengthening financial controls and improving operational performance.
8-10 years
Proven experience in identifying operational improvement opportunities, developing business cases, simplifying complex processes, implementing automation and technology-enabled solutions, and driving sustainable improvements across value-chains.
8-10 years
Previous Standard Bank experience is highly desirable. A strong understanding of the Group's finance operating model, systems landscape, enterprise architecture, governance framework, policies, risk and control environment, and organisational processes is highly advantageous.
