Job Description
To grow, retain and optimize a portfolio of Private Banking clients by proactively driving sales, acquiring new business, deepening client relationships and identifying opportunities. The role delivers tailored solutions that enhance client outcomes, increase portfolio profitability and create sustainable value for both the client and the bank.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Economics, Finance, Sales)
Additional Information
Experience:
- 5-7 years’ experience.
- Experience in sales, service, relationship management, credit applications and financial acumen (i.e., proven sales track record in the financial services industry.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively promote a relationship-based offering through a primary point of contact, which meets the client expectations by providing personalized financial solutions in line with the client value proposition.
- Advises customers on lending product selection, by offering solutions suited to their specific needs.
- Analyze customers’ financial behavior, current product holding and short to long term financial needs to identify sales opportunities that are mutually beneficial to the bank and the customer.
- Conduct ongoing client reviews and ensures effective client service and delivery of own portfolio financial objectives.
- Adhere to sound account management principles for optimal credit portfolio management execution.
