Job Description
To lead the discovery, analysis, design and implementation of business capabilities, operating model improvements and technology-enabled solutions that deliver measurable business value across the Insurance business. The Business Analyst partners with business stakeholders, technology teams and delivery partners to identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation and digital transformation. The role is responsible for translating strategic business objectives into implementable business solutions while ensuring that initiatives improve customer experience, operational efficiency, risk management and financial performance.
The role leverages data, business analysis methodologies, process improvement techniques and emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to accelerate analysis, improve decision-making and support continuous improvement across the organisation.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business, Commerce, Information Technology or related discipline.
Certification in:
- CBAP or CCBA certification.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
- Process Automation certification (Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere or similar).
- AI-related business analysis or digital transformation certification.
Experience Required
Insurance Legacy & Enablement
5 - 7 years Business Analysis experience. Minimum 3 years within Financial Services or Insurance.
5-7 years Experience delivering medium to large business transformation initiatives. Experience in business process modelling and optimisation and developing business cases and benefits realisation Experience working with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies as well as working with vendors and third-party technology partners.
5 - 7 years experience supporting digital transformation, automation or AI-enabled initiatives.
