Job Description
To drive sustainable growth and retention of an allocated commercial client portfolio by delivering tailored financial solutions, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring optimal risk management, compliance, and profitability. The role contributes to the execution of the sector strategy while enhancing overall client experience.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a related field
Experience Required
5-7 years
- Experience in Business/Commercial Banking relationship management
- Proven experience managing client portfolios and delivering financial solutions
- Strong background in credit analysis, financial structuring, and portfolio growth
- Experience engaging clients at various levels and managing complex relationships
