Job Description

To develop and implement the comprehensive open market life insurance product offering and lead and drive the development and implementation of the product management framework across the end-to-end product life cycle to achieve set targets and metrics for income, sales and profitability. Define growth strategies in terms of new markets, channel development and new products to realise the strategic goals and optimise market share and revenue targets, with a focus on driving growth.

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: Post Graduate Degree
Field of Study: Actuarial Science
Licenses & Certifications: Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA)

A thorough understanding of the end-to-end Financial Services Value Chain. The role requires Technical Underwriting knowledge and experience. Practical experience of insurance, and product development, specifically in the intermediated retail long term space.
