Job Description

To provide strategic performance, portfolio, and financial analytics that support the effective execution of Commercial (Sector-driven) and Enterprise segment (tier- driven) strategies by enabling timely, data‑driven decision‑making aligned to growth, portfolio optimisation, and risk management priorities.

  • Collate, analyse, and disseminate relevant performance, industry, and market data to track client, sector, and market trends, using these insights to inform opportunity and the development of sustainable, fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
  • Support the effective delivery of segment strategies by driving aligned strategic initiatives and KPIs tailored to the needs of enterprise tiers and commercial sectors. Analyse and manage budget and profitability performance by assessing variances, forecasting outcomes, identifying underperformance, and providing actionable insights to support income growth and annual budgeting across segments.
  • Own the monitoring and reporting of strategic deliverables by tracking progress, risks, and dependencies; proactively escalating issues; and producing standardised, insight‑driven reports and dashboards to support Segment Heads’ decision‑making across sales activity, pipeline, profitability, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Evaluate financial and non‑financial performance to identify portfolio trends, customer and product behaviour shifts, operational bottlenecks, and performance gaps across sectors, segments, and tiers.
  • Provide insights on portfolio and credit analytics by assessing growth trends, credit quality, customer behaviour, and market dynamics to uncover risks and revenue opportunities, and recommend strategies that optimise portfolio composition, asset quality, and risk‑adjusted returns for the sales teams.
  • Build and maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships to coordinate cross‑functional engagement, deliver relevant BCB value propositions, support client growth, and increase share of wallet through effective internal collaboration and stakeholder sessions.

  • Minimum of 6 years experience with demonstrated basic understanding of the BCB strategy capability and operating environment.
  • Exposure to business analytics, performance tracking and KPI reporting, including assistance with monitoring strategic initiatives, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
