Job Description

To supervise the day to day client services for a portfolio of clients, to ensure effective operational business performance and delivery of excellent client service against targets, quality and service standards.

5-7 years
Advanced general client services and / or support capability with seasoned technical experience. Client relationship experience preferred Experience resolving complex client services issues, with demonstrated ability to interact across multiple internal stakeholders Seasoned knowledge and / or exposure to banking products, services and channels as well as relevant sector experience with a deeper understanding of relevant industries
