Job Description
Responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction, goals, and growth initiatives for Zimbabwe, in alignment with the overall Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) objectives. The CIB CEO will significantly increase market share in existing industries and grow market share in new client segments/industries, with a focus on high growth potential in the mid to long term.

More than 10 years
Minimum of 15 years’ experience in various business-related fields with a strong background in banking. Experience in representation on a board on a part-time or ad hoc basis. Prior experience in Client Coverage/Corporate Banking at a senior level. Extensive experience working with country economic information, requiring a deep understanding of key industries and critical success factors for those industries, Central Banking policies, ALCO, Credit, and Country Risk.

The role requires a seasoned, holistic entrepreneurial leader who is customer focused with proven organisational capability and profound knowledge of the full dimensions of the field, gained from a track record of 10 years or more in functional leadership and who is capable of influencing outstanding leaders and a large body of employees. Strong knowledge and experience in financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and legal requirements. Experience in strategic planning & risk management.
