We are looking for talented and inspired people to work, learn and commit to our deep client obsession in our Private Client environments countrywide. This is an exciting opportunity to strengthen your understanding of client relationship management i.e. Relationship Managers and Young Professionals.
The programme provides exposure to relationship banking within the financial services industry, where success is dependent on cross-functional teamwork within client service teams. It also involves active learning and opportunities for practical applications through a rotational programme. In addition to keeping up to date on best practice, you also get the opportunity to present your insights and results to a broad range of stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
Rotating through different departments will allow you the opportunity to gain experience of different functions and rapidly learn the organisation. These rotations are conducted in person and include immersive, face-to-face experiences where you will connect, learn, and perform tasks under the supervision of the Coaches.
- In support of the in person work immersion, you are required to complete relevant training to support your development. This training will be offered through online modules, in‑person meetings, and classroom sessions.

Business related Postgraduate qualification (recently completed or completing in 2026):

Minimum requirements:
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Should you have work experience, it should not exceed 12 months.
- Full academic transcripts to be submitted with application for undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
Programme duration: 12 months
