Job Description

To provide consolidated strategic reporting and communication for Personal and Private Banking South Africa in alignment with Board, Exco and/or Stratco governance and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification: 

  • First Degree in Business Commerce

Experience Required :

  • 5 - 7 years experience in Personal and Private Banking
  • Experience in strategy, reporting, PMO, business performance, or corporate communications. Experience in producing executive‑level reports and presentations for senior leadership forums. Experience in strategic communication, message development, or organisational storytelling. Experience working within governance structures (e.g., Exco, Board committees) preferred.

Key Outputs :

  • Collate, manage and integrate all reporting for PPB SA (support Board and Exco or Stratco reporting). Maintain a dashboard for all PPB SA reporting requirements (i.e. timelines, stakeholder matrix, etc.).
  • Focus on internal and external communication of the PPB SA strategy, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed about the bank’s strategic direction.
  • Ensure consistency of strategic language and intent.
  • Develop presentations and materials that communicate strategy to employees, board members and investors.
  • Assist with governance alignment across SA Exco.
