Job Description

To execute account setup, onboarding, and transfer processes for Business and Commercial Clients in South Africa, with a specific focus on Employee Benefits administration. The role is responsible for supporting employers during the onboarding of their Group Risk schemes with Liberty Corporate Benefits, ensuring a clear understanding of employer roles and responsibilities. This includes the effective use of online billing, accurate employee registration, and optimal utilisation of the SSP (Self Service Platform) to enable smooth and efficient ongoing administration.

The role further involves overseeing activities to ensure all processes are executed within approved operational levels and authority limits, thereby mitigating organisational risk. The role ensures compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, quality management standards, and internal controls, while maintaining a high standard of employer engagement to support accurate billing, data integrity, and effective risk management, thereby safeguarding the organisation against financial loss and operational exposure.
