Job Description
To provide high-quality client servicing and administrative support to employee benefits clients. The role focuses on maintaining strong relationships with employers, brokers, and internal stakeholders while ensuring the accurate and efficient administration of employee benefit schemes. The incumbent will support the implementation, maintenance, and servicing of retirement, risk benefit solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering a positive client experience.
