Job Description
The role is responsible for managing all aspects of collateral documentation and routine related aspects for the Branches, including the accurate capturing, releasing, filing, and safe custody of all collateral records. This includes handling routine documentation processes, ensuring compliance with established procedures, and maintaining organised and secure collateral files to support efficient branch operations.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Finance, Legal, Business Administration or related field
Experience Required
1-2 years
Experience with home loans and lending will be beneficial in this role. Preferable to have banking experience, particularly pertaining to banking processes with regard to collateral documentation and the operation thereof.
1-2 years
Personal and Business banking will provide holistic exposure regarding credit risks, lending and associated collateral. Preferable to have banking experience, particularly pertaining to banking processes with regard to collateral documentation and the operation thereof.
3-4 years
Understanding of the bank's products & facilities. Understands the terms of the facilities, & the conditions that will need to be compiled with over the duration of the facility's life to ensure that legal risk is effectively restricted.
