Graduate Developmental Programme
Our Graduate Programme offers a comprehensive foundation across various bank functions through structured rotational assignments. This immersive experience enables graduates to gain valuable insights and practical skills in multiple areas of banking. We are seeking young, dynamic individuals in the following fields:
- Data Science
- Actuarial Science
- Business Mathematics and Informatics (BMI)
- Automation, Digitization, Process Improvement, Analytics, Data Analytics
- Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning
- Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Process, Electrical & Mechanical)
- Hydrogen, Renewable Energy, and Production
Qualifications
Eligibility Criteria:
- A tertiary qualification (NQF level 6 or above) in one of the specified fields
- Minimum average pass rate of 75%
- Namibian Citizenship
- Registration with a professional body (an added advantage)
