Job Description
To provide an efficient inbound and outbound call centre function to Fleet merchants by resolving queries and complaints accurately and within agreed service times. The call centre provides a 24/7 service. To provide an administration support function.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: Secondary/High school/A levels/Matric
Field of Study: Not applicable
Experience Required
Business Solutions
Business & Commercial Banking
1-2 years
Experience in the Fleet management system, Call Centre experience will be beneficial.
