Job Description

To improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes through the application of continuous improvement methodologies & intelligent automation across the group.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive the development and implementation of automation strategies, standards, processes, best practices and roadmaps.
  • Lead a team of business analysts, RPA Developers and other support roles who are responsible for building and maintaining Intelligent Automation solutions and platforms.
  • Lead reviews of business processes, analysing requirements and developing optimization strategies, uncovering opportunities for automations.
  • Identifies and defines tactical operational performance metrics geared towards meeting business objectives by analysing the existing gaps.
  • Oversee the end-to-end Intelligent Automation project lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
  • Write project scopes and functional specifications, estimate project costs, risks and assumptions.

 

Qualifications

  • University Degree 
  • Certification(s) in Automation Tools and Technologies in RPA/BPA space.
  • Certification(s) in either Business Analysis or Project Management (Anyone of PMP, Agile Project Management, PRINCE 2 Agile, CBAP etc.) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in UiPath for automation and workflow development.
