Job Description
To provide a high level of client investment service and administrative support to the team by ensuring timely processing of investment instructions and by being proactive and supportive in responding to client and business administrative enquiries and tasks.
Join our dynamic Investment Operations team and play a key role in delivering high-quality service across payments, billing, reporting, investment administration, valuations, tax reporting, onboarding, and dealing. These functions will not be performed simultaneously every day. The purpose is to be fully cross-skilled across all the functions within operations over time.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: BCom or Similar
Field of Study: Investment Administration
Experience Required
Asset & Portfolio Management
Investment & Asset Management
1-2 years experience in investment administration including receipt of client orders, payments, risk reporting, FX’s, corporate actions, trade capture and settlements. Experience in transaction or client monitoring with knowledge of investment systems.
