Job Description

To drive growth via Employee Value Banking (EVB) proposition for consumer clients by identifying their financial/transactional needs and recommending suitable solutions..

  • Research and analyse the local market to understand key business drivers, influencers, and competitor activity.. Identify sales gaps and implements remedial action plans.
  • Build up a sufficient network with product and segment owners to support and establish points of contact for all new leads referred in the country.
  • Develop and implement business attraction plans for personal solutions, including analysing market potential.
  • Monitor performance (sales against targets) of acquired clients by tracking all recorded sales and activity schedules. Drive achievement of sales and service objectives.
  • Responsible for proactively canvassing and expanding on current personal market customer relationships by packaging and selling financial solutions that meet financial needs in the market.
  • Conducts competitor analysis as input into strategies and plans to counteract competitors' EVB strategies.
  • Tracks EVB milestones, penetration of new to bank in selected companies, across industry sectors.

Qualifications

  • First Degree Business Commerce or related from a recognised Institution
  • 5-7 years experience in the design and development of client value propositions.
  • Experience within CHNW/Business Clients distribution environment.
  • Experience in the application of data management, advanced analytics, business intelligence and quantitative techniques.
