Job Description
To provide administrative support to the People & Culture Risk and Governance team members, performing complex and specialised tasks, being cognisant of the impact of statutory/legal obligations and government legal requirements and understand the implication of the decisions and consequence are taken into account when performing administrative tasks. Collects, compiles and analyses complex data and information.
Qualifications
Qualification: Business Commerce Diploma
Qualification: Office Administration Diploma
Experience Required
Internal Audit
5-7 years
Business Administration Support experience, with strong bases related to analysing data to interpret and visuals and working and engaging with cross functional Senior stakeholders and teams, in order to achieve a common goal and objective.
Compliance
The ability to interpret regulations and laws that apply to the business and to provide information to business on how to comply.
Risk Management
Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of risk management methodologies, tools, governance structures and regulatory requirements for good management of risk.
