Job Description
To prospect and add at least one new International Money Transfer Operator (IMTO) into the Bank's international remittances books, ensure adequate communication is maintained, while dealing cautiously with all Branches towards the resolve of all issues and direct all issues that require liaising with the IMTOs through phone calls to their customer services and team members and ensure adequate feedback is obtained.
Job Responsibilities
Work towards the growth of the IMTO Business in all Branches across the bank
Prospect and add at least one new IMTOs into the Banks Intl remittances books.
Work on the reactivation of at least one dormant IMTO in the Remittances Books monthly
Resolve issues through conciliation, investigation and all other alternatives
Engage the various stakeholders to promote the IMTO business in the Bank.
Qualifications
- University Degree in a Social Management Sciences
Experience Required
- 2-3 years of experience in International Money Transfer operation and business
