Job Description
To process new to bank client onboarding and subsequent client changes efficiently and in line with regulatory principles to complete the client review process timeously and professionally.
Client: Communicate with internal and external customers to attend to KYC queries, telephone calls, obtain outstanding documents and resolve any other KYC queries to ensure all customer queries are resolved within laid down timeframes. Monitor and follow up on long outstanding queries.
Risk & Regulatory, Prudential and Compliance: Assess files and request additional documentation and information where required to complete the KYC due diligence according to the Compliance Framework, Banking Act, Financial Intelligence and Anti-Money Laundering Act (FIAMLA) and Bank of Mauritius guidelines on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Combating of Financing of Terrorism (CFT) standards.
Data: Capture and update information on Goldtier and Sales Force and check changes and updates to ensure compliance and minimise risk exposure. Review other analysts work as required.
