Job Description
Lead the Global Markets Trade Support capability across all trade products and asset classes, ensuring the team mitigate operational risk and comply with industry and regulatory standards. Own the business operating model and structure, ensuring its optimally implemented to deliver first class business results. Both directly and through teams, deliver strategic initiatives and enhancements to meet new business, product and client requirements, while driving process and system efficiencies.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: Relevant Post-graduate qualification (Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business)
Field of Study: Relevant Post-graduate qualification and membership to recognized Financial institution (e.g CA ; CFA ; RFM ; CGMA)

Advanced application of risk management principles and tools, impacting risk, pricing and P&L. Together with managing the technical aspects that impact business risk and finances, compliance and regulatory adherence.

Advanced knowledge and understanding of the trading environment and end-to-end value chain across asset and product classes and the systems and processes required.

Demonstrated ability to develop and lead Trade Support technology and operating model strategies and contribute to optimization of the end-to-end Trade processing value chain across desks and GMO. Influence delivery and implementation of change

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, delegate and ensure clear guidelines. Set division strategic and goals. Proficient in coordinating across stakeholders within business, operations, technology, finance.
