To drive and facilitate robust and effective end to end Business and Commercial Banking credit risk management in Tanzania, working in partnership with BCB business and Credit stakeholders in ensuring appropriate and strategically aligned risk appetite setting and fit for purpose credit risk capabilities, in line with the Credit Risk Management Framework.

7-10 years
Experience in a management position in credit with experience in local and cross border credit transactions.
