Job Description

Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of Physical Channels with a focus on Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and Cash Deposit Machines (CDMs). The position requires the support of hardware and software activities on the Bank’s physical channels including ATMs, CDMs, Cash in Transit (CIT) devices, and Point of sale (POS) devices to ensure availability, reliability and security of the physical channels in a manner that meets customers’ requirements with speed and agility.

1-3 years

Technical/Systems Support/Programming experience (Required)

Banking/financial experience (1 +years )

In depth knowledge of the Database systems SQL, Core Banking System, Programming, etc ( 1-2 years)

1-2 years

Good knowledge of ATM software and hardware systems.( preferred)

Good knowledge of Oracle and UNIX will be an added advantage (preferred)

1-2 years

Experience with Switches (Postillion/Sparrow/) (Preferred)

1-2 years

Experience with ISO8583 messaging standards (Preferred)
