Job Description

To drive and enable marketing effectiveness and efficiency through providing operational leadership and guidance across the Group Brand and Marketing domain. Manages the strategic vendor relationships with all Group agency partners, which includes the sourcing, onboarding, financial management and performance management aspects of the relationship. Drives technology management and automation across the domain for all 'run marketing' technology.

Experience identifying and selecting appropriate external agencies based on the company’s needs. This includes managing the RFP (Request for Proposal) process, evaluating agency capabilities, and negotiating contracts

Experience working closely with different departments such as IT, finance, risk and compliance, and creative teams to ensure marketing initiatives are well-integrated

Proficiency with marketing technology platforms and knowledge of integrating and managing these tools to optimise marketing workflows

Proven ability to streamline marketing processes, improve efficiency, and manage complex projects
