Job Description
To optimise key aspects related to the Distribution/Client Coverage network in alignment with client value propositions i.e., optimising physical infrastructure with a focus on cost optimisation, determining the optimal shape and size of Distribution, and driving migration to digital platforms. Create strategic direction to drive initiatives to increase sales for targeted clients and moving from cost of service to cost of sales, whilst ensuring that key conduct measures are in place.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
- B.Com Degree in Banking / Business Management / Economics (or related field)
- Postgraduate Degree (Advantageous)
Minimum Experience:
- More than 10 years Significant experience in all facets of Personal Clients, including heading up a segment.
- Knowledge and experience of consumers, their needs and their markets gained from an extended period of industry experience and a proven track record in high-level leadership in organisations of comparable size and complexity.
- 10+ years experience in digital and digital platform businesses.
