Job Description
To manage the Diners Club Contact Centre for Consumer, Corporate and Merchant Services within a multi-channel environment (e.g., email, telephone, fax, sms, etc.).
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
- Business Commerce Degree
Experience Required
- 3-4 years' Experience in contact center management, preferable in a credit card industry
- Understanding of Diners Club products, systems and processes
