Job Description

Accountable for driving sub-segment profitability and data analysis in an effort to meet segment targets and market-related goals. To equip the segment with appropriate levels of insight/guidance in order to drive customer and financial outcome for a specific segment. To act as interface between suites and all central functions (e.g., Credit, Product, etc.) in order to drive a consistent approach in achieving financial and market share objectives. 
Drive the strategy for usage of data as a segment that helps decision-making and accurate deployment of initiatives and campaigns within the segment. Drives client level pricing levers and accountability, as well as being key interface for Annual Pricing Review for the segment, concerned with overall client pricing, pricing strategies and ways of using pricing as a lever across Business and Commercial Banking South Africa to help drive and support our solutions. 

Qualifications

Qualification

  • Business Commerce, Information Technology or Behavioral Science Honours Degree

Experience

  • 7 - 10 years Data extraction, analysis/Insights and Presentations
  • Basic finance understanding
  • Involvement and understanding of the Annual Pricing Review undertaken by Business and Commercial Banking 
  • Proven ability to integrate across multiple stakeholders internally and externally, to deliver key successful initiatives
  • Solid understanding of existing products, offerings and sectors and Behavioral Science application to data
