Job Description

We are actively seeking highly skilled and results-driven sales professionals for the Consultant, Pro-Active Sales positions available in Knysna, Vredenburg, Worcester, and Hermanus within the Western Cape.

The Consultant, Pro-Active Sales role is a critical position within our organization, responsible for establishing and maintaining pivotal relationships with new and existing Consumer Clients. This role demands a high level of professionalism and expertise in both branch operations and proactive business development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Matric
  • National Diploma (NQF6 FAIS recognized qualification)

Required Experience:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of demonstrable experience in Personal and Private Banking is imperative, with a strong emphasis on highly skilled sales techniques to drive revenue growth.
  • Proven track record in managing high-value and multi-segment client portfolios is essential, including the ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities effectively.
  • Extensive experience in proactive client acquisition within the financial services sector is required, showcasing exceptional sales acumen and the ability to exceed acquisition targets.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in stakeholder management is crucial, ensuring collaborative partnerships that support sales objectives and client satisfaction.
