Job Description

The Lending Solutions Finance Manager oversees the structured lending portfolio for South Africa and overall Lending Solution for Africa Regions. Key responsibilities: Financial Analysis, Risk Management, Portfolio Management,  Planning and forecasting.

Monitoring and optimizing portfolio performance while identifying growth opportunities. Developing strong client relationships and offering customized lending solutions. Collaborating with senior management to enhance the structured lending business and profitability. Preparing reports on portfolio performance and risk metrics for stakeholders.

Deliver on ad hoc requests from group finance and business in a timeous manner. Complete and/or review analytical investigations on a continuous basis as well as ad hoc projects. Collaborate and adhere to the reporting team deliverables. Examine industry trends and influence business.

Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders at varying levels of responsibility to achieve business objectives.Recommend measures of improvement for stakeholders and finance stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting

Experience Required
Finance Business Partnering

5-7 years’ Experience in a financial or management accounting role. Demonstrated experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and performance analysis. Experience in value management and profitability analysis.
