Job Description
The role holder will lead and manage the Core Operations function in Stanbic Bank Kenya (comprising Account Origination, Account Maintenance, Processing and Clearing, Card Operations, Cash Operations and Domestic Payments) in line with regulatory requirements, market rules, directives, policies and deadlines to achieve defined targets and quality standards and minimise risk whilst maintaining a positive client experience.
