Job Description
To assist Wealth managers to provide Wealth and Investment clients with full product agnostic relationship management and excellence of service within a responsive controlled environment. To assist in the acquisition of new Wealth and Investment Clients for the allocated franchise (both onshore and offshore). To learn all processes within the IWI business including working with the Relationship management team. To provide support to the Wealth and Investment team..
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Secondary / High School / A-Levels / Matric
Additional Qualifications
- Certification towards Wealth Management or other Financial Services related qualification
Experience Required
- 1-3 years experience within Wealth Management, Personal or Private Banking in a support or Relationship Management function.
- Previous Financial Services experience required

Outputs:
- Work alongside Relationship Managers ensure resolution of all client queries/requests received “before the sun sets”
- Act as part of the sales team and be fully supportive to other members within the team
- Coordinate and execute an appropriate client contact plan and ensure coordination with broader marketing and events
- Maintain an awareness of and comply with all Anti Money Laundering laws, regulations, policies and procedures relevant to Standard Bank
