To provide support and direction in the execution of Credit Risk Management goals for Personal and Business Banking across all personal product levels, whilst being responsible for the direction, oversight and execution of the credit risk control standards (for account maintenance) across the portfolio in Credit Risk Management in order to deliver effective customer experiences.
