Job Description
The Graduate Development Programme assignee role recipient is provided with intensive training and support while giving them the opportunity to work in a professional context. In turn they are expected to help create an innovative, agile environment for the business. They will provide excellent problem-solving solutions on any business challenges presented. Additionally, the graduate program assignee maintains decorum in line with the Stanbic Brand and remains orderly to maximize brand integrity by guiding and directing customer engagements which is a large part of the Graduate Programme assignee responsibility.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Any bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification i.e., CFA, ACCA, CIMA, Engineering, Social Sciences, Medicine, Data Science, Behavioral economics, Quants etc.
- Minimum cumulative 3.9 GPA on a 5.0 scale or 2.1 or global equivalent
