Job Description

Ideal candidate should be able to design and develop end-to-end Compliance learning solutions (including assessment tools) across business lines and geographies, as per needs established through the Compliance Learning area. Project management and the design and development of Compliance learning training content for related projects are essential. In addition, candidate must be able to manage the impact and interdependencies between multifunctional teams within Compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Graphic Design, Design and Development of Content or related qualification 
  • A Project Management qualification will be an added advantage 


Experience Required
Learning

  • 5 - 7 years experience as an Instructional Designer and E-Learning Developer 
  • At least 5 years experience in developing content for learning
