Job Description
Design, implement and track change management plans for new solutions or changes in Voice Branch. To provide assurance on the state of business readiness for specific solutions and methods that must be scaled. Improve adoption of existing solutions through assessing the current state, understating the gaps, solving for the identified gaps and implementing a change plan.
