Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible to co-ordinate the end-to-end transaction process supporting the Specialized Transactions Group (“STG”) and Equity Finance and Investments (“EF&I”) desks in Investment Banking in conjunction with various stakeholders (both internal and external to the bank) with a specific focus on deal closing, facility origination, ongoing facility administration, collateral management and management reporting.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (South Africa), Chartered Financial Analyst or Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst 

Experience

• 2 - 5 years minimum related experience.
• Experience within any Financial Institutions: Investment Banking, Treasury, Middle Office or Trade Support roles, Global Markets or Trading Environments. 
• Understanding of financial markets and products is essential.
